Ellie Purvis is the lead tutor of The Excellent Performance Team Ellie has been teaching / coaching swimming and been involved in the management of swimming programmes for over 35 years and still gets great pleasure when children / adults first take few strokes – magic happens! Ellie has been a tutor for over 30 years, across several different disciplines, including Swim England Teaching & Coaching Course, including Baby & Toddler, RLSS Pool Lifeguard and Lifesaving, Disabilities, First Aid, and STA programmes. Including the development of qualifications. Ellie has been involved in teacher training and also offers programmes including courses in Education and Training. She also delivers Fist Aid for Mental Health. Ellie is a qualified NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner. In addition to Ellie's varied and wide swimming experience, she is a quaified Master of Osteopathy from the University of Greenwich / European School of Osteopathy and registered Osteopath and offers treatments at a number of clinic, including Cranial Osteopathy, in addition to Sports Massage, and other Hollistic therapies, Clinical Pilates, including Kids and Teens and Hypermobility. Ellie is a strong beliver in Life Long Learning and there is always something new to learn. She links her extensive swimming/ fitness knowledge to her osteopathic / rehabilitation practice. Ellie also delivers CPD’s, workshops and offers bespoke opportunities for groups, individuals etc, In addition to being an Advanced Practioner for the Swim England Educator Training Programme Ellie has co-written – “Developing Effective Practice for Swimming Teachers” available at : This book forms an essential resource on our SwimEngland Teacher training courses. |

Jacqueline Burne is a SwimEngland Tutor delivering Swim England Level 1 and 2 and Level 2 Baby & Toddler qualifications, she has substantial experience under her belt and delivers with enthusiasm and passion. Worked in the leisure industry for 25 years, 20 years of which has been spent in a management position. I have been a qualified Swim England swimming teacher for over 20 yrs and have continued to teach throughout my career, with a passion for the under 5’s, disabilities Jacqueline also delivers First Aid Courses, First Aid for Mental Health and Pool Lifeguarding courses Jacqueline is a qualified teacher in Primary Years Teaching with SEND |
