We also offer 1:1 training, especially for those who may find attending traditional courses difficult due to a variety of reasons, this includes RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning), matching voluntary experience against assessment criteria, we also offer learners a flexible route which bridges the gap between RPL and face to face.

The Excellent Performance Team regards CPD and self-development as a critical part of on-going learning for life and actively encourages both learners and our delivery team to regularly engage in further training and development.

The Excellent Performance Team works collaboratively with a number of Awarding Bodies and Approved Training Centres.
